The Sangguniang Barangay of San Roque, Samal, led by Punong Barangay Ramon Villanueva, led the ground breaking ceremony for their barangay hall project on April 14, 2025.

Aimed at improving services for his constituents PB Villanueva marked this project as a testament of the barangay council’s unwavering dedication to public service, accountability, and good governance.

In addition to the said project, Mayor Alex Acuzar announced plans to construct a semi-covered court and barangay health center adjacent to the building as these facilities will allow them to host more activities and ensure that essential health services are accessible to residents of Brgy. San Roque.

Also present at the said event are Board Member Atty. Tony Roman III and members of the Sangguniang Bayan ng Samal led by Vice Mayor Ronnie Ortiguerra.
