What started as an ordinary day quickly turned into the most unforgettable and life changing moment in Jennyvie Udtohan’s life, a Barangay Health Worker and devoted mother of five from Brgy. Ipag, Mariveles, as her name was called as the BESTUNE NAT E05 grand prize winner of the Bataan Foundation Day Raffle for a Cause.

“Masayang masaya po ako kasi hindi ko po ine-expect na mananalo ako. Binaliwala ko lang po ‘yung ticket kasi ang dami talagang bumili, at maliit ang tyansa ko,” Jennyvie said.

Jennyvie also shared that she borrowed P100 to buy just one ticket—not with hopes of winning, but to simply support the Provincial Government of Bataan’s initiative to help the Bataeños bravely battling cancer. Who would have thought that a simple act of generosity and kindness would turn into a blessing?

As exciting as it may seem to own a brand new electric vehicle, Jennyvie revealed that she plans to sell the vehicle as they don’t know how to drive and the proceeds will be used to purchase a larger fishing boat for her husband, whose main livelihood comes from the sea—a decision showcasing practicality at hand.

From a single ticket bought in support to a prize that changes her family’s future, Jennyvie’s story is a powerful reminder that sometimes, the biggest win comes when you least expect it.
